Canada: A thread of Justice, or Not?

Congrats to the GPC on seeing the positive, in an otherwise shameful story. But one is forced to remark, “hold-on”.
The duty of our justice system is not simply to articulate the law, but to uphold it. And no one, not even the PM is above the law. His strictly personal feelings on ‘foreign policy’ do not supersede Canadian and International Law. This sets a very dangerous precedent.
Refusing to obey the court’s original verdict; to demand the release of a Canadian citizen from an illegal prison and torture camp is unquestionably against: The Canadian Charter of Rights, The Geneva Convention and the UN agreement on military use of children, Paris Principles. It is an obstruction of justice and criminal negligence. (Contrary to Stephen Harper’s deceptive assertions, the UN agreement clearly specifies all kinds of child armed fighters, not just ‘official soldiers’.)
Giving lip-service to justice is Not justice, its cowardly posturing. Justice is the act of rectifying an unlawful deed.
